I recently returned from a trip. I was appalled to see how the electrical system had been vandalised at the two sites I visited: in one instance, the site had been used as sleeping quarters. The switchgear panel plates had been removed, making it easily accessible to anyone, the terminal of the cable connection could easily be touched with the standard test finger… (more)
